An 3G iPhone Causes A Fire Inside A Car

Truly amazing images from those reported iPhoneClub.nl on an iPhone 3G that has led to a small fire inside a car in Holland, completely ruining the passenger seat. The unfortunate Pieter C. had left the iPhone in the car for a few hours and on his return he immediately noticed a huge “stain” of black smoke on the glass front. The device was not connected to the car and was left in stand-by. However, a case brought White Belkin, who probably did not allow a sufficient passage of air in such a way as to enable  self-cooling.

Currently Pieter blames  T-Mobile, since the network was the only at that time were using in some way, the iPhone, the remotest causing overheating.

That looks fishy. I don't buy it. In order to generate that huge hole, the iphone has to be extremely hot. The guy probably smoked a big joint and left it on the seat. I think its bs.
