For the first time in three years Apple broke it’s tradition of announcing a new iPhone during last years WWDC. It is now being reported that Apple will resume it’s tradition when it unveils the iPhone 5 during 2012′s World Wide Developers Conference.
According to The Commercial Times Apple is planning on announcing and releasing the iPhone 5 during this years WWDC. With all of the information currently floating around the tech industry take this information as a complete rumor.
Apple is expected to unveil its iPhone 5 smartphone at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) to be held in June 2012, the Chinese-language Commercial Times quoted Daiwa Securities as indicating.
The iPhone 5 will continue to utilize glass to glass (G/G) touch panel technology which will benefit current touch panel suppliers TPK Holding and Wintek, the paper quoted the securities house as saying.
