Apple has announced that it will be releasing it’s upgraded operating system OS X Mountain Lion tomorrow on July 25th. The new Mountain Lion update will bring many new features to OS X such as iMessage, iOS like notifications, Airplay mirroring and more.

You will be able to download OS X Mountain Lion from the Mac App Store for $19.99. The new update requires Lion or Snow Leopard along 2GB ram and 8GB HDD space.

We’ve been running OS X Mountain Lion GM for about a week now and our verdict. Impressed! The feel is about the same but the new features if you know how to use them are quite welcoming and the computer does indeed feel snappier.

Take a look at the official Apple OS X page for more details.
