As most of you know the iPhone 4S and iPad 2 jailbreaks are just around the corner, with the Dev team putting in the extra shifts to get a viable jailbreak for us all to use. For those of you who have searched the net for breaking news from the Dev team, you might have noticed a few sites that are claiming to be able to jailbreak the above devices – WARNING TOO ALL NOOBS AND SCENERS – DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMS!
The above screenshot was just a simple google search, some of the sites claim to be able to jailbreak and unlock your device in exchange for either your personal details or your hard earned cash. And what do you get in the end??? Nothing!!!
The iPhone 4S and iPad2 have no officially released jailbreak available for iOS 5.0.1 and anyone claiming to have software that can do this (and trying to charge you for it) is obviously trying to scam you. I know it’s hard waiting all this time for a jailbreak and that some of you will have ventured onto these sites just checking them out – but don’t even do that. If a jailbreak was available then it would be free, that’s the whole idea of it ‘a free system’ and is only ever offered free of charge (thanks to the Dev team).
If you really want to spend your cash and get a jailbreak quicker then you can always donate to the Dev team (LINK TO SITE). As for when the iPhone 4S/iPad 2 jailbreak will be available – stay posted and we’ll be the first to let you know.

thanks for posting this. i am new to jailbreaking and i did figure out those sites had nothing to offer without spending my money. but i hate to see people ripping others off. isn’t there enough of that already!
yeah I thought that there might be a few people who would just go for them, especially when they see their friends with jailbroken 3GS;s and iPad 1;s! Anyhow, keep posted, we’ll get the jailbreak out first!
