Are you getting the “bzip2 error” or maybe that “package header” error. Then you might want to stop adding all those custom repo’s to your cydia sources. We recommend staying away from Myrepospace repositories as those cause the most problems and are usually down.
Here are a few ways to fix your basic cydia errors manually. Your going to need a couple of minutes and a file managing app via cydia, we recommend iFile.

1. Cydia Crashes On Load, Fix – Open ifile and navigate to the root/var/lib/apt/lists/ folder, now delete all of the .package/.release files which should leave you just the partial folder. Reboot and try opening cydia to see if problem is solved.

2. Bzip2 and Package Errors, Fix – Open iFile navigate to the root/private/ect/apt/sources.list.d folder and tap to open cydia.list. You will see all of your current cydia sources. Edit and delete the entire line of the repository that is causing you problems, example: deb http://apt.myrepospace.com/ ./ now save and exit ifile. Reboot and check cydia to see if problems are fixed.
