To everyone that wants to be sure and get there shsh’s saved before sauriks server gets slammed with shsh requests from every jailbroken user in the world plus the new ipads on the market, I suggest you get your shsh blobs now. The main reason i say this is because saurik can’t handle all requests at one time and sometimes you will get a pending message when you open cydia. Remember that spirit is a user land jailbreak meaning that Apple is going to release a new firmware very soon after it’s release so for those of you who aren’t at the front of the line getting your shsh’s saved with sauriks server using cydia and your pending, say goodbye to your shsh blobs since apple stops issuing those as soon as a new firmware comes out and that is where saurik pulls your shsh’s from.. I apologize for the long rant but I just want my readers to know its better to be safe than sorry.

Are you sure you use Apple because I thought they stopped signing after 3.0.x? Either way I couldn’t get mine through Apple, but lucky me, Cydia had mine
The reason i say to get your shsh from apple and saurik is because for one when spirit is released apple is going to release a firmware update quickly and is going to stop issuing firmware 3.1.3 shsh blobs so it’s best to at least have those hash files on hand so you can forever downgrade to 3.1.3 and jailbreak your idevice. I did forget to mention that you can only get the latest firmware hash files from apple.. I’ll update the post later

i have a 3gs (one with the older boot) and shsh already stored on saurik’s server… (cydia says this device has SHSHs on file for iPhone OS: 3.0,~3.1.3)…. do i need to do this again or am i good?
Your good don’t worry about getting your shsh since saurian has them. I personally like having mine backed up locally on my hard drive to just in case his server goes down as you never know what can happen
This is cool!!!
