iOS 6 Could Bring A New Sleek Silver UI

It seems like Apple is ready to ditch the old iOS blue theme to a newly updated sleek silver UI. It is being reported that iOS 6 will bring a fresh new look to the iPhone.

Apple’s new WWDC 2012 app now features a silver bottom bar compared to last years default black and blue. Take a look at the side by side comparison image below:

The 2012 WWDC app isn’t Apple’s first application to implement a new UI. iPhoto is also said to have the new look while most of the stock iPad apps (Mail, Maps, Youtube) have had the silver look since their release.

While this is all speculation we’re sure Apple is ready to make some big changes this summer. Maybe it’s to look flush and compliment the new aluminum brushed housing?

Well that would look better if the “leaked” aluminum bodies turn out to be the real deal.  The dark and light gray would look sleek next to the new color scheme compared to the blue and black.
