Redmond Pie reports that iphoneislam has released an update to support PhoneIt-iPad on iOS 5.
PhoneIt-iPad was a very popular tweak for those who had a jailbroken iPad 3G, allowing to make and receive calls over 3G. The same is still required, a jailbroken iPad 3G and a SIM card that has a data plan. Once you’ve jailbroken your iPad you need to add the following repo to cydia:
