With every new iPhone release come many ridiculous youtube videos but this one is cool. Similar to a video put up last year youtube user FinalCutKing purchased two iPhone’s 4S and did what many wouldn’t do with a 300+ dollar device, sent them to space.
The iPhone 4S was fully charged, tied up to a helium balloon with camera on and let off. The video footage looks amazing and the upgraded camera definitely holds its own.
Don’t worry the kid didn’t lose his devices thanks to Apple’s awesome ‘Find My Friends’ service.

Nice. Too bad it’s fake. It traveled 100,000′ and happened to fall back to earth in the same state? ROFL!
Not to mention the temps at 100,000…..
