irealsmscropped Phoenix3200 has once again made a keygen for the latest Irealsms releases. I swear this guy must be a bad a programming/decrypting machine…. Thanks Phoenix over at xsellize forums.

Alright guys these instructions are for those who have time on there hands and know what they are doing. Instructions Below:

Update: Phoenix made a keygen that runs on your iphone you don’t have to do anything else.

  • Download the keygen that runs on your iPhone ***HERE***
  • Install any version of ireal
  • Go home do not  open or tap on any registration info for ireal
  • ssh/iphonebrowse the downloaded keygen to your phone anywhere is ok and set permission to 700
  • In terminal or putty connect to your phone and run      ./iRealKeygen
  • enjoy ireal

Note: Add a line to the end of /etc/hosts to block key checking:
127.0.0.1 www.irealsms.com

Old way to do it

  • Download the Keygen ***HERE***
  • Install SQlite Manager add on for firefox from ***HERE***
  • Copy your sms database from your iphone from var/mobile/library/SMS/sms.db
  • Get your iphone serial number which is 11 digits long by going to settings/general/about
  • Run the keygen inside command prompt (Start-Run, Type in cmd) or open command prompt from start-accessories-commad prompt and you should see something like
  • Now Read what command prompt says such as the example above it says C:\users\John
  • Drag and drop the downloaded keygen into the directory command prompt shows such as on vista it might say C:\users\Home\ so you would go to the home folder on your computer and drop the keygen inside that, the same goes for xp
  • In the command prompt window type in without the quotes “irealkeygen.exe iphone-serial-goes-here then press enter and you should get your serials” and yes that is a space between the serial and irealkeygen.exe so an example would be        C:\user\john>irealkeygen.exe 000000000000
  • Open your sms.db in SQlite manager
  • Under tables look into qsettings (for irealquicksms) and settings (for iRealSMS)
  • Now edit the app serial values with the serial you made in command prompt
  • Now copy the modified sms.db back to your phone to var/mobile/library/SMS/ and overwrite the original ( make a backup of the original)
  • Reboot your iphone. This is a must, and if you keep getting trial errors you should delete the ireal.plist and the sms.db then copy the modified one.

Detailed Tutorial by anonymous angel

1. Download the keygen.exe for the pc http://www.sendspace.com/file/wzg98f
2. Download SQLite Manager.
3. SSH your iPhone and copy the file sms.db from var/mobile/library/SMS/sms.db
4. On your iPhone, Go to Settings -> General -> About
5. Look for your serial number and write it down if you want.
6. On your PC open up command promt, Start -> Run -> cmd.exe
7. Okay, this is what I did, I typed the path of where the keygen.exe is then clicked SPACE then typed the serial (11 digits)…
EXAMPLE: C:UsersXXXDownloadskeygen.exe 12345678910
8. Hit Enter and poof you have your serials! Yay!
9. DONT CLOSE THE COMMAND PROMT!!!
10. On your Mozilla Firefox, Open Up SQLite Manager, Tools -> SQLite Manager
11. When it opens click, Database -> Connect Database.
12. When the open file window pops up, the sms.db doesn’t show up right? Make sure instead of “SQ DB Files (.sqlite)” you change it to “ALL FILES”
13. Now the sms.db should open up! :D / YAY!
14. Now depending what iReal App you wanna crack, under Tables you should look for qsettings (iRealQuickSMS) or settings (iRealSMS)… Click It…
15. Then Click on the “Browse & Search” Tab
16. look for appSerial, right-click -> edit selected
17. Copy the serial of the keygen that you opened in command promt (the serial depends on the app you’re cracking!) on the Values (TEXT)
18. Hit Ok
19. Back Up the original sms.db just in case you fuck up the iPhone ;)
20. SSH the iPhone again then copy the modified sms.db (the one you cracked) to var/mobile/library/SMS/
21. Reboot the iPhone and YAY!!! YOU CRACKED IT!! :D /

    First time using SQlite manager, im wondering which section do i enter the serial into? in qsettings it has a list of items i was guessing i double click the one that says app serial correct? if that is correct there are 3 fields which can be editing. Which one would i paste my serial into??? i pasted the serial into the 3rd one of both irealsms and irealquicksms. After saving and overwriting it through SSH i reloaded irealsms and it shows that im still using a trial version but it doesnt hassle me about a trial. Is that how its supposed to be? Or is it supposed to say i have the full version? please help. Thx in advanced.

    Scratch that last comment. I did everything correct. You should edit the post at the end of Overwriting the sms.db, you must RESTART your phone for the settings to take place. Everything worked perfect it has no more words of trials. Thx for everything. loving the app already.

    i accidentaly tapped irealsms what do i do now?i cant execute the keygen its giving me errors when i run it throuh terminal..ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it seems to be logged somewhere on the iphone that im on trial and i cant find it..so how do i completely erase everything relating to irealsms on my iphone so that i can start from scratch again?

    Make sure you set the permissions to the keygen to 700 and if that doesn't work you should try 777. Anyhow to delete everything go to var/mobile/library/preferences/ and delete anything that has spirit of logic or irealsms on it. It should be a plist. Also delete your sms.db and make sure to uninstall irealsms.

    still no luck, uninstalled irealsms, found plist of irealsms on private/var/mobile/preferences and deleted it, deleted sms.db from private/var/library/mobile/sms but still no luck whenever i execute it from terminal it says write failed

    Alright try typing in the command without the . and just put in /iRealKeygen. And yes i think it is case sensitive so be sure to type it in exactly as it is spelled

    If that doesn't work. Try using the old way and it should work well, just make sure and reboot if you do everything correct.

    ive tried the old way but i dont know how to use the sqlite manager when it says to find q settings under tables there is not qsetting or what so ever..i guess ill just pay for mine lol

    I don't have it installed on mine but yes it does work because I saw a friends cydia source reload it earlier. Make sure it is cydia.hackulo.us but yes it should be up

    u need to ssh the sms.db out of the iphone AFTER you've installed irealsms 2.0.8.3 and ran it at least once. then itll update the the sms.db thats when you take the sms.db out of the phone through ssh.

    When I go to moblieterminal it says "iPhone:~ mobile$"
    Then i typed "./iRealKeygen" and hit enter and then it comes back and says
    "-sh: ./iRealkeygen: No such file or directory"

    I've got the keygen on /private/var/root and its permisions set to 700

    Whats wrong?

    Try running the keygen without the . and just type in /irealkeygen and don't forget that it is case sensitive so you have to type it in the way it was spelled with caps and all

    don't know if u guys got this to work or not i just used the COMMAND PROMT on my xp to find the serial number using old way and open irealsms activated with the serial i found the first time didn't work gives network error without doing any thing enter serial again it will work tried on 2 iphones 3g and 2g works perfect…

I also forgot to mention that i posted the wrong ip adress so just to clear things up go to your root/etc/ folder and edit your hosts file and add http://www.irealsms.com 127.0.0.1

    You need to go find the irealsms 2.8.3 deb file which is the old version and then install it. Make sure you completely uninstall the one your currently have. Which means ssh ing into your phone and deleting the spirit.oflogic plists in your pregerences and also delete your SMS.db. After you do all that add irealsms.com 127.0.0. To your hosts file and them open it and run the keygen

    I followed all of the great solutions people have offered, including adding the host check. Now the app works correctly in every way except that it only sends a string of random numbers when i send texts. Is there a solution to this? I’m trying to uninstall with Cydia and then a total reinstall, but I doubt that’ll do it.

    Is it possible I have the wrong version?

    You can just install the latest cracked version of ireal from cydia. Add this source to cydia repo.beyouriphone.com and then search ireal and install the cracked version.
