just download, unzip, upload via itunes and enjoy your hi-res pics!
EDIT:
To be able to install ipcc in the latest version of itunes:
Mac – open a terminal and type in..
defaults write com.apple.iTunes carrier-testing -bool TRUE
Windows – goto- Start, then run Or at command prompt:
Type :
“C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe” /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1
(with the quotes and then push enter)
after that all you need to do it shift + update (alt +update for mac) in iTunes and select the correct ipcc file

Idk about that, i am not a tmobile user but you can just change apn to one of the free ones and try it, if that doesn't work than go back to your old one.

How did you get it to work? I'm getting the same problem, it's only looking for .ipsw files. Please help. Thanks

I was getting that too. I got it to work by putting it into the command prompt instead. Also, if you have a 64 bit system the location of your iTunes.exe will be different. Likely in the Program Files (x86) folder instead of Program Files so you'll have to modify that command accordingly

I got it. I put a lower case "L" instead of an upper case "i" in /setPrefInt. They look the same
July 10th, 2009 at 2:18 pm
you don't need the "C:Pro…. " you just need "iTunes.exe /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1" no quotes. it will find iTunes on it's own.

Wow, thank you. I used the epc setting and the worked flawlessly.
Quick note: Reboot your iPhone after settings are installed, they dont take effect until then.

HELP….I am stuck at the beginning…I have a 64bit system, however, there is no ITUNES folder there..Just IPOD. I have an external harddrive (L:) that has an ITUNES folder. I changed the "I" to a "L" and still get the same error message: itunes is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Also when I connect my iphone 3Gs to Itunes (and syncing is complete) I would hold down the shift key and hit restore but it doesn't allow me to change the file type. Stuck on "IPSW"

Correction: There is no ITUNES folders under Program Files x86. Under Program files there is an itunes folder.
In the command prompt, I changed the "I" to a "L" and I still get the same error message: itunes is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

This works great, it enables tethering, too! Very nice work, i’ve had the hardest time getting tethering + MMS to work with 3g running 3.0.1 on t-mobile. Thanks again.
