1) Download Putty
1a) If you dont have SSH on your Iphone Install it (OpenSSH) from Cydia
2) Install GNU Debugger from Cydia
3) Connect to iphone from putty using ssh protocol
login root
password alpine
4) run gdb
5) in gdb type these commands (copy and paste)
break *0×00003320
break *0×00003348
commands 1
silent
print $r4
set $pc=0×3328
continue
end
commands 2
silent
printf “\n\n\nSERIAL:%c%c%c%c%c%c%c%c! ENJOY!\n\n\n”,$1,$2,$3,$4,$5,$6,$7,$8
end
attach -waitfor MCleaner
6) Run Mcleaner
7) type continue in gdb
wait when Mcleaner is loaded
9) Click Buy and Activate
10) Type serial 00000000 (8 zeros)
11) look in gdb here your serial
12) close gdb (type quit)
13) Close Mcleaner and open it again
14) Click Buy and Activate and type new serial, enjoy
You can unstall GNU Debugger

When I open MCleaner and type continue and wait, it keeps me on the start up for MCleaner for a long time. I kept it open for one hour and MCleaner did not open all the way… What do I do?
On the gdb it just has Reading symbols for shared libraries . done for about 15 lines.

just tried this on v.1.8.1.
I'm getting INVALID NUMBER *0×00003348 at second break point.

Can confirm this works on 1.8.1 copy & paste did not work for me. Type them in manually by hand, do all steps as above works 100% thanks

Hi, I got this and closed mcleaner, opened again clicked buy and activate and typed 00000000 again and 4852545248495649 and nothing, it says serial is wrong.
What am i doing wrong???

just verified that this works for 1.8.1
Those having problems, cut and paste doesnt work. Manually type it all in. In addition the lines below must be typed in as a SINGLE line!
