Installation Intsructions:
Copy the downloaded tru-blu.theme folder to root/library/theme on your iPhone. After doing so you open winterboard and the theme should appear so that you can choose it. Enjoy

This is a commercial theme?? He must be joking. There are a lot of free themes thats much better than this. Sorry but I wouldn't waste my money or download time on this.
