if this can jailbreak it and ultrasn0w already works on 3.1.2 then all we need is a pwnge tool that makes custom ipsw to update 3G/3GS without changing the baseband. that shudnt be too difficult right?

I have been wondering the same thing too…
since dev team confirmed ultrasn0w works on 3.1.2 does that mean they also successfully jailbroken 3.1.2? ( I remember seeing their tweet before blackra1n)
So, either someone makes a sn0w to make it work with newest baseband (much appreciated for OTB 3gs) or i’ll have to stick with 3.1 until a new pwnagetool appears.
