Integrate Categories into SpringBoard
Normally, categories created with Categories.app are loaded as separate applications; CategoriesSB loads them directly within SpringBoard, meaning that they load much faster (without having to keep them running in the background).
Usage:
- Create categories via Categories.app. Tap on category icon to open. Press Home button to close. Read more…
Just a warning about blackra1n. Geohot released blackra1n a couple weeks ago, and it was pretty good. Unfortunately, Geohot has included a very buggy version of Icy which, when installed, will pretty much screw up your whole jailbreak causing you to have to restore.
Shame on Geohot for not fixing this. We have told him numerous times there are issues. Users have messaged him, he has been notified, he just doesnt care. Anyways:
The icy bundle is broken and does not have permissions to install software, but that’s not the worst part. Blackra1n install of Icy breaks cydia and rock your phone since it has a very old version of dpkg. This is the core to all these installers. Since icy is usually installed last, it overwrites dpkg with its own. This causes things like winterboard not working, sbsettings not working. What is really happening is mobile substrate cannot be installed (among other things).
I get about 20 emails a day on various issues that all stem from this one issue. So please spread the word. Do not install Icy in blackra1n.
Note: Icy is not to blame here, but the installation of Icy on blackra1n. Icy bundle in pwnagetool is fine. The problem is Geohot found a very old Icy and did not get it from rip-dev guys.

R.I.P Ripdev it was fun at the beginning. You new jailbreakers probably haven’t heard much of this team but just so you kow they certainly where the big dogs back in the 1.x jailbroken firmware days. When one of the first jailbreaks came out which was the TIFF exploit for 1.x you would have installer.app automatically installed. The best thing about installing and jailbreaking your iphone back then was that all you had to do is go to jailbreakme.com on through your iphone’s web browser, install a package and viola you were done installer.app was installed so you could start installing all of these great 3rd party goodies. Reports of trouble for AT&T’s 3G network have done nothing to keep people from the iPhone in the U.S.
The nation’s second largest wireless carrier announced third-quarter earnings Thursday morning that were full of iPhone goodness. AT&T (T) activated a record 3.2 million iPhones in 3Q, 40% of which went to people new to the company.
Wireless data was the supporting star of the show. Services such as messaging, Internet access and the like were up 33.6% from 3Q of 2008 to $3.6 billion. Data sales now account for 29.4% of AT&T’s wireless revenue.
The company’s earnings were relatively flat, having posted a profit of $3.2 billion, or 54 cents a share for 3Q ‘09 versus $3.23 billion or 55 cents a share for 3Q of ‘08. AT&T did, however, bring in enough to beat analyst expectations. The street was only looking for earnings of 50 cents a share.

Nokia said in a statement that the patents in question, “relate to technologies fundamental to making devices,” that are compatible with the GSM, UMTS, or 3G WCDMA, and wireless LAN standards.
The company went on to say that the technologies in the suit cover wireless data, speech coding, security and encryption technologies, and that Apple’s iPhones have infringed on all the patents in question since the iPhone launched in 2007.

MeDevil has confirmed he is still working on the next version of iBluetooth for iPhone via a post on his blog.
Bluetooth is an application for bluetooth file transfer via iPhone available from the iSpazio repository.
I would say to all that I’m still working on iBluetooth version 2 (no, i didn’t run away with money) . As said before, version 2 will be compatible with FW 3.x and with iphone 2g, 3g, 3gs & ipod touch 2g. I had to stop development this summer because of personal problem. No date defined right now, will try to release it as soon as it’s usable. Thank you for your patience.

I love the battles between these billionaire companies. For one we actually see that things can get real ugly in the offices and two we get to enjoy the funniest commercials going back and forth. Enjoy guys:
