Smartscreen Available Now
Today MediaPhone SA are release new application for the iPhone and iPod Touch – SmartScreen. In late September we’ve announcement the SmartScreen via YouTube video.
Both versions are available in our Cydia repository: apt.media-phone.ch
SmartScreen an application for the iPhone and iPod touch that will allow informational widgets to be placed and used on the lock screen. Widgets are similar to those offered by Apple’s “Dashboard” and they follow familiar look and feel.

SmartScreen Features:
● View a various widgets on your iPhone “Lock” screen (Weather, Calendar, Twitter, Notes, and more)
● Rearrange your “Lock” screen
● Multiple screens
● Controls Screen (iPod control, toggles for Wireless interfaces and Services) by double tapping Home button
● Enable “iPod Shake to Shuffle” on “Lock” screen
● Simple organizing widgets in the SmartScreen.app. You can rearrange, hide or show and preview widgets
We are release two versions of the SmartScreen: “Lite” and “Full”. The following features are NOT AVAILABLE in the “Lite” version:
● Controls Screen
● “iPod Shake to Shuffle” on “Lock” screen
● Show/hide and preview the widget
● Updates with new features
Also “Lite” version has a limit of 3 widgets.
For 3rd party developers are available SmartScreen SDK. Any developer can create the unique widget.
“Lite” version is Free, and “Full” version costs $5.00.

On the lite version, i can’t double tap home buttom on lock screen and get the music player ;(

I have paid for this and thusfar, I feel this is a let-down. The clock looks worse than apple’s own (which is a shame) and I can only see three widgets right now (clock, notes and calculator). Where are the useful ones like news and email (or even wheather)? Am I missing something?

Yeah, if it doesn’t have rss feeds, whats the point…Thats why ill stick with intelliscreen until someone else gets that feature.
