Apple to Change iPhone Strategy, Decrease Screen Size?

The Street’s Jason Schwarz predicts that come June Apple will decrease the screen size of the iPhone as part of a new strategy to focus on the iPad.
“The iPhone turns into your tethering your device. It turns into your Internet connection. You only have to pay one bill, one phone bill, and all your devices can connect to a 3G and eventually a 4G wireless network. So in effect what the iPhone becomes for Apple is the glue that holds their mobile ecosystem in place.”

@Sale666 are you saying you have imobilecinema on the iPhone and are able to watch this embedded video? Because I have imobilecinema and I am not able to watch it. Is there anything else you’ve installed that could be allowing you to watch this cause I don’t think its IMC.(don’t mean to show off but I’m kinda an expert and very curios what you’ve installed to allow you to watch this vid on your iPhone.) Thanks

concering the video: NO. Apple will not change the screen size this is hardly worth thinking about. It would mean the resolution for all the apps would have to be adjusted for the new device plus still be able to support the old ones…absolutely not. Is the iPad a game changer: yes. Nothing to do with the iPhone totally different uses.

Apps can scale up for ipad but not down for iPhone ‘mini’ have not seen the video, will give mobilecinema a try again have not tries it since it cane out and didn’t work for me then,
