You can install it from cydia, just add http://theiphonespotrepo.net/apt to your sources and go to iphonespot themes and choose 24k and enjoy using winterboard.

Hey, i downloaded the .deb and installed it via mobile terminal. I got all the filed in winterboard and everything works great except one thing, the background (the shelved wallpaper). I only have the black plain one. But i get the shelved if i disable the lockscreen, otherwise it doesn’t show. Please help with this

Never had that problem, what you can do is manually go into the theme folder using ifile and rename the shelved wallpaper name to background.png and rename the normal black one to a different name
