3G Unrestrictor. 3G Unrestrictor allows you to go around the iOS device’s limitation and restrictions of not being able to use some of the apps on 3G or EDGE. Basically it tricks the apps on thinking they are on WiFi , even though you are on 3G or EDGE. For Update Info:

You need iOS 3.0 or higher to be able to install 3G Unrestrictor. The new update is fully compatible with iOS 4
