Apple: Official Response to Jailbreak Ruling
Apple has issued an official response to the new rule congress passed today (look below for article). Basically the part that matters to us states that any modification of a smartphone that lets you install unofficial apps on the device is not illegal along with unlocking a device.
CultofMac posted a statement made by an apple spokesperson:
“Apple’s goal has always been to insure that our customers have a great experience with their iPhone and we know that jailbreaking can severely degrade the experience. As we’ve said before, the vast majority of customers do not jailbreak their iPhones as this can violate the warranty and can cause the iPhone to become unstable and not work reliably.”

Iphone without a jailbeak is a brick! Apple need to get it into their thick heads that although they have great products they are very limited without JB, i personally feel that apple have no right to tell me what i can or can’t do with my phone afterall, it is mine, i paid for it. If i thought that iPhones were not jailbreakable i would never have bought one! the only reason i havn’t got an iphone 4 is cos it’s not JBreakable yet! I bet that Steve Jobs has his one jailbroken!

I’m gonna correct the answer of Apple :
Apple has always wanted his customers the stupid ones (majority) and smart ones to have the best experience. But we’ve said that jailbreak degrade iphone when used by a cow who are a big part of our custumers otherwise it upgrade it in fact. As we’ve said before, we’ve locked everything even Adobe Flash that degrade experience of people having the choice of using it anywhere else and so on the customers can’t jailbreak cause they are too stupid, or because they are too old and have no family or friends to do it for them, they then just can look new interfaces of Jailbreakers, ability to stop our HEAVY services that pump a lot of our LITTLE LITTLE battery and that it can avoid the warranty (NOT ANYMORE STUPID YOU THATS WHAT IT IS ABOUT)..

Apple has had his ass kicked just a little bit for it to have the taste in order to tell very old Steve Jobs that he can’t be playing like a child with a so big and so innovent enterprise that began with the iPhone an enormous adventure. The entourage of Steve is warning him on every stupid things, antenna, design, then we can imagine all is personal lawyers told him not to bring other enterprise in his stupidity and problems making that stupid page about antennas but no, Steve wants it and got it, Steve lies directly to cutomers with the smile cause he lies to himself and is the biggest fan of himself. And as he is now even more than this stoler of Bill Gates and have good workers that are making beautiful things for him to make like he did anything in it except forcing the bad part he will never stop until he get punished in order to return to the reality. The reality where we don’t lie like that to our customers , where we don’t take all concurrency and bring it with us in our OWN (for one time) falls and if he hadn’t be so again a little child with the founder of Google and fighting with Adobe for flash that runs perfectly now on my iPad (can’t imagine what it would be on iPhone 4, it’s like the gps and bluetooth that he was saying no to be capable of gps soft or bluetooth transfer and other stuff, well jailbreak had proven it that he was lying or wrong, i prefer lying. The congress told him in a way, calm down, take some hollidays and realise what you are going not to loose, cause it’s far to big, but to broke. But if goes to far, he could be just kicked out of Apple if actionners get bored seeing the potential of Apple and Steve playing toys.
