I recommend mixing and matching this wallpaper with darker themes, I guarantee you it will make it look a lot nicer. I also added the Google Nexus One Galaxy Live Wallpaper to the repo. Colorware Now Available For iPad

ColorWare has announced that they are now offering the ability to customize the color of your iPad.

You can send you existing device in for a $400 coloring job, or you can purchase one directly through the company for $925, $1025, or $1125 depending on the size.

You can customize three separate areas of the tablet: the body, the logo, and the home button.

Geohot has announced that he’s updated the BlackRa1n jailbreak to support the iPad!

Still no word on a release date; however, Geohot has posted an image of BlackRa1n and Cydia installed on the iPad.

Multi-Tasking Can Be Easily Enabled on the iPhone 3G

Multi-tasking can be easily enabled on the iPhone 3G by setting a flag in the capabilities plist, according to a tweet by cdevwill.

wow looks like multitasking can be enabled on the 3G if you just set multitasking=TRUE on the capabilities plist in SB (N82AP.plist)

This doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Apple doesn’t want multi-tasking to run less than optimally. Disabling it is most likely a choice made to keep the device from running slower. (and of course to sell more iphones…)

VNC Running On OS 4.0

Musclenerd Tweeted – Something you won’t find in stock 4.0…a VNC server :)

What you see in the video is vnc running on an iphone running OS 4.0 meaning that it has been jailbroken. There are two things happening here, either the dev team’s spirit jailbreak works with 4.0 or they have more tricks up their sleeve.

iPhone OS 4.0 Multitasking In Action

This is very smooth and with all of the new features coming on OS 4.0 this is going to make our iphone run a lot smoother since we will be using native apple programming such as homescreen background wallpaper, multitasking, folders, multiple exchange accounts. The list can go on forever but here is a quick list on what apple’s OS 4.0 software will be replacing for us jailbreakers.
