FindMeiPhone is an app which lets you access MobileMe’s Find My iPhone feature directly from the iPhone.

Keep track of your kids, keep tabs on your employees, or use a friend’s iPhone to find out where you lost yours!

Locating an iPhone using FindMePhone requires that the iPhone you wish to locate is linked to an active MobileMe subscription with Find My iPhone enabled.

Collins Stewart analyst Sandeep Aggarwal says the likelihood of Microsoft winning a search deal for the iPhone is high. He made these comments after spending a day with Microsoft executives on Feb. 10.

Some info on iBlueNova:
- iPod Touch 2g is supported (no support for iPod Touch 1g, since it has no bluetooth hardware). iPod Touch 3g support is experimental.
- iPhone 2g, 3g & 3gs are supported.
- Firmware 3.0 and above are supported.
- Music library is read-only, no received music or video will be saved in the library.
- iBluetooth licenses will STILL be valid for iBlueNova.
- 1 license = 1 device (doesn’t matter if you will use the old license on a new device).
- Release is near, we are defining the last items needed for publications.
- Downloading from cydia store is independent from purchasing on cydia store. This will allow you to download and try iBlueNova for 15 days BEFORE purchasing a full license.
- No previews are released to other blogs, follow iSpazio for iBlueNova images, videos or updates.

Rumor: Google Pays Apple $100M/year For Search On iPhone

Having Google as the default search engine on the iPhone is rumored to earn Apple more than $100 million per year in a revenue sharing deal between the two companies, a new report alleges.

Downplaying rumors that Apple could be working on its own search engine, Silicon Alley Insider cited an anonymous source Thursday as stating that the iPhone maker has no intention of getting into the business that Google dominates. iPhone Baseband 5.12.01 Exploit Found??

So earlier today there was a little rumble in the unlock world,via Twitter, as a new exploit was rumored to be found for the new iPhone 3.1.3 firmware’s baseband 5.12. Sherif Hashim managed to crash the baseband, which in turn could possibly be used for an unlock.

Bill Gates Unimpressed By Apple iPad

Microsoft founder Bill Gates, a longtime proponent of tablet-style computing and touchscreen devices, has said he is not impressed by what he’s seen of Apple’s iPad.

The multi-billionaire spoke with Brent Schlender of BNET and admitted that while he became envious of the iPhone, the iPad has not elicited the same reaction from him.

“You know, I’m a big believer in touch and digital reading, but I still think that some mixture of voice, the pen and a real keyboard — in other words, a netbook — will be the mainstream on that,” Gates reportedly said. Read more…

Apple May Sell $1 TV Shows for iPad Launch?

According to a story posted by the Financial Times on Wednesday, Apple may be in talks with studios to bring $1 TV shows to iTunes, as part of the official iPad launch. Apparently this will be a test to model for the company to see whether cheaply-priced content will spur sales.
