Hackulo
Hackulo another great forum and this one in particular brings you one of the best apps ever to be on a jailbroken iphone. The app is called installous which lets you download and install cracked ipa’s directly onto your iphone from the app itself. These guys are also the creators and maintainer’s of appulo.us
you can install installous by adding their cydia repo which is cydia.hackulo.us and going to sections hackulo you should see the app.
Note: that you have install a legit appstore app, and the cracked mobile installation file to be able to install apps through installous.

Imodzone- another good forum for cracked apps, ipa’s, and warez
Is another forum with great things such as links to many many roms for just about any emulator that you have on your iphone. You will also have to join and donate to get plenty of goodies from this site but once you do you will have access to tutorials on jailbreaking your iphone to unlocking your iphone 3g. They also have a installer repo with 100+ ipa’s you can install directly on your iphone without using a computer and thats not even the half of it but i don’t feel like typing anymore so go take a look.

Ihacks- Is a russian website but its pretty much straight forward with cracked ipa’s even though you can’t read the descriptions. Try the above first and if you don’t find the app you want, this is the last place to go.
