Colorware Now Available For iPad

ColorWare has announced that they are now offering the ability to customize the color of your iPad.

You can send you existing device in for a $400 coloring job, or you can purchase one directly through the company for $925, $1025, or $1125 depending on the size.

You can customize three separate areas of the tablet: the body, the logo, and the home button.

The upcoming iPhone OS 4.0 will deliver support for multi-tasking using a expose-like interface, according to AppleInsider.

New Multitasking App In The Works

It’s Steven Throughton Smith once again with a new application in the works. After Stack and Orbit, he moves on to Multitasking with this new application.

The information on this isn’t much, but by the screenshot, we can already see that using a double-tap to the Home button, we will open a new screen with thumbnails of all open applications so as to quickly switch from one to another.

Kirikae App Switcher

This is only for firmware 3.0 and above. This app lets you switch between apps running in the background, if you use backgrounder you will love this!!! To use the app double click the home button and you get a pop-up with a list of all your running apps.

You can download the app via cydia, it is in the bigboss repo or you can download it below:

  • Rename the .deb to kirikae.deb
  • Copy the file to var/mobile on your iphone
  • Open up mobile terminal and do the following
  • Type in su (press return)
  • Type in alpine (press return)
  • Type in dpkg -i kirikae.deb (press return)
  • Reboot or respring and enjoy
