First Impressions of The Newly Leaked iPhone Prototype

May 12, 2010 :: Posted by - SoSly :: Category - News

Initial impressions of the newly leaked iPhone 4G device have been translated into English and posted by MacRumors.

iPhone 4G has a totally new design in comparing with previous generations of iPhone. Not only looking stronger (aluminum and glass) when holding in your hand, you will be surprise to think that it was put together by several separate parts because it feels like a solid block. Because of the square/block design, it feels a little uncomfortable in your hand in comparing with the previous generation of iPhone. You can feel the sharp edges come in contact with your hand. Multi-Tasking Can Be Easily Enabled on the iPhone 3G

April 09, 2010 :: Posted by - SoSly :: Category - News

Multi-tasking can be easily enabled on the iPhone 3G by setting a flag in the capabilities plist, according to a tweet by cdevwill.

wow looks like multitasking can be enabled on the 3G if you just set multitasking=TRUE on the capabilities plist in SB (N82AP.plist)

This doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Apple doesn’t want multi-tasking to run less than optimally. Disabling it is most likely a choice made to keep the device from running slower. (and of course to sell more iphones…)

Xsellize Officially Back Up, and What Happened

April 04, 2010 :: Posted by - SoSly :: Category - News

The best iPhone forum is back online with a downtime of five days. Yes guys I understand we had to endure some hardships such as not finding the theme we like, chatting about our cool iphones, or even just blowing off some time but I am happy to say everything is situated and things are starting to get back to normal. Below is what admin had to say to the 400k members of xsellize who had to deal with the site’s downtime.

The Biggest downtime xSellize has ever had just over 5 Days altogether

Why?
Basically we have been hosting with OVH they got fed up of us and basically pulled the switch on the hosting and left us without a host and 400k members to look after. ATM the repo and IPARepo are not working these will be put back online soon.

Please take this time to donate to xSellize because we have just had to pay for the server we was kicked out of and also this new one, we need to have backup funds for rainy days like we just had.

Anyway we all missed xSellize’s 2nd BDay

I will get some promotion or something up once the repo and IPARepo are back online.

Sorry this post if very breif we have lots of work to do to get everything running back as normal

If you haven’t donated yet go HERE to help xsellize get situated. I myself am off to http://www.xsellize.com ill see you guys there.
