Russell Brown & Ansca Mobile teamed up to make Photoshop 1.0.7 (released Feb. 19, 1990) run on an iPhone.

“I’m gonna demonstrate a nostalgic look at back in time at an application we created here on the iPhone. It’s Photoshop 1.0.7″

“We put this together as an experiment to see if this were possible. It’s not available on the Apple website”
