Many developers have written games, utilities, transfer programs, and many other tools. Now, Apple has gone to War. As you can see, an iPhone/iTouch is securely and protectively fastened to the side of that M10, which is the replacement for the M24 sniper Rifle used by our armed forces.

This tricky bit of cross-technology allows the shooter to have your standard ballistics app which allows users to set firearm and ammunition profiles, then use this profile and enter info such as distance, wind direction, elevation and temperature. Essentially you have a sort of digital “Spotter” for that “One shot-one kill” capability. Created by Runaway Technology, Inc., the app is titled Bullet Flight, an external ballistics calculator for the iPod Touch and iPhone. Which in the hands of a trained sniper could make that one shot always dead on.

The app is downloadable for civilian use as well. However, it’ll cost you a pretty penny weighing in at $11.99, but can you really put a price tag on keeping American lives safe?

So i’ve been seeing this all over the net and haven’t posted it because I personally wont use it but for those who want to be as secure as possible then you should try this great mod. I mean who wouldn’t want to make a longer better password for their iphone/ipod so if anything ever happens to your baby then no one will ever be able to get into your personal info. with these 3 easy steps you will be up and about with your secure passwords.

1. Download This File Here

2. Extract the file you downloaded and email it to yourself

3. Go to your emails on your iphone/ipod and click the attachment

Your Iphone/ipod should look like this

If you don’t see a change turn your iphone off then back on to see if it works. If you have any questions just ask.

Ok so to install my sms follow these instructions exactly as stated.

1. Install mysms from cydia-messaging section
2. open and push trial and mess with it for like 5 mins and change the icon screen and splash screen to whatever you want. TxT a few people and so on.
3. After playing with it for a little bit upload the MySmS Crack (not the secure MySmS Crack) to the root/applications/mysms.app folder, you should overwrite two .plist files.
4. now the other part of the 1st crack open the var/mobile/library/MySmS folder and drag and drop those 4 .plist files into YOUR RIGHT YOU GUESSED IT the var/mobile/library/MySmS folder on your iphone overwriting the original ones.
5. Now write your notes down on a peice of paper because your notes will be deleted off of your notes.app for this part of the crack. Go back to the crack folder and go to the var/mobile/library/notes folder and drag and drop the notes.db file to YOU GUESSED IT var/mobile/library/notes on your iphone
6. Open MySmS and go to settings on the bottom left of the app and scroll all the way down. You should see import/export passwords click on that and click on import password from notes and choose my sms backup and vioala your finally finished. Respring your iphone and go to the settings and you should see the about info say disabled meaning you have successfully cracked the app.

Now to install MySmS Secure just download the secure crack and drag and drop the file from the \Applications\MySMS.app crack folder into the \Applications\MySmS.app folder on your iphone.

Now for the other part you should know what to do by now if not comment if you need help, but its all the same as the above instructions but you have to do the above one first.

If there is one thing that every iPhone owner has been waiting for, it’s the ability to copy and paste.

As a rule, virtually every other smartphone on the market today has this function as standard, and it still confuses many as to why the most popular phone around doesn’t have this function. Well, as of yesterday morning, this dream was realized in the form of Clippy – a Cydia app that allows the user to indeed copy and paste between several apps. Thank you Cydia…

Currently, it’s still in the beta stage, but impressive nonetheless. It seems to work quite well between the stock iPhone apps such as Mail, SMS, Notes and Safari. It also works on a few App Store apps, but remains a little buggy. One example of this is its compatibility with Beejive, which it seems to crash.

The main obstacle in its present state is that you must have the text editor open for it to work, i.e. be writing a text message or an E-mail. In the example above we are applying copy and paste to an E-mail, for which you must first select “reply” so that the editor appears.

There is another feature that some may see as a hindrance, whereas before you could drag your finger across a line of text to navigate from one end to the other, now it highlights the text for copying, but if you wish to overwrite a section of text you can highlight the desired section and simply continue typing and it will remove the highlighted segment.

Overall it is a massive achievement in an area where Apple has so far failed to deliver, and although it needs to be developed further to achieve its full potential, it still remains the closest anyone has come to a viable copy/paste tool for the iPhone (web-apps aside).

Credit to Ryan Petrich for his work on this app, and lets hope we see some exciting updates in the near future.

Ever wanted to keep your gloves on AND use your iPhone? Well now you can thanks to Dots: The iPhone Gloves. In the freezing weather, most people want to stay as warm as they can. Right? That means the’re going to cover as much of their body as humanly possible. Scarves, jackets, hats, hoods, and of course, gloves, which is where the problem lies. You see, the iPhone’s ingenious touch screen needs an electrical charge to function. So in the freezing temperatures of January, you hesitate to take your gloves off to use your iPhone.

But don’t worry, Chris Harrison – the creator of Dots – has stated that new models of the Dots are scheduled to be released towards the end of February. So those of you who aren’t content with the selection of gloves they currently have, wait just a little longer.

I was browsing around for the original dopewars app for the iphone not the candywars app and i found this site http://a-steroids.com/category/iphone/ this is what i got from there and i quote

If you’d always wondered what it would be like to be a master criminal, then Payback is the game for you. It’s entirely non-linear – to complete a level you simply have to obtain a certain number of points – how you get those points is entirely up to you; you can do what the local kingpin tells you, uncover secret missions or just go on a mad killing spree. There are lots of hidden surprises to discover, so you’ll have to play the game through several times to find all the extras.

From what I know the app was realeased for like 5 hours before being pulled from the appstore. This was due to a major bug that wouldn’t let you finish the first mission in the game which then wouldn’t let you advance through game. you can wait for it to re-appear in the app store or download it

The Five column Springboard lets you have five icons on each column instead of 4. Now the process of installing it use to be hard because you had to use mobile terminal etc, etc… Well not anymore just add this repo into your cydia installer and seach fcs or five and there it is for you to install.

IrealSmS has been updated to 2.7 it has many improvements. As you can see, the quick reply feature has been improved with the open button being taken off and the bottom right button being changed to send instead of saying done. It has also been updated to be more compatible with winterboard, as you can also see that i have macbook black keyboard installed with black interface installed to match perfectly. In earlier versions if you opened the app, winterboard would not apply your interface theme or keyboard theme. It does now though .
