HBO Go is coming to an ipad near you. Six months from now, if you have an HBO subscription with Comcast or Verizon FiOS you will be able to watch HBO tv shows and movies in HD on your ipad for free (not free since you pay for subscription). HBO CEO Reed Hasting says that this will be coming to your ipad and many other devices within 6 months.

Apple has started airing a new commercial, iPad is delicious. The commercial pretty much portrays how useful the ipad can be in many many different instances.
You all remember the get a mac ad campaign star Justing Long. Well he is 20x cooler now because the other day on a tv show he pulled out his iphone with cydia in plain site. This was more than likely done to install tvout from cydia.

I love the camera on the iPhone 4, but I’ve always disliked digital zoom and do whatever I can to avoid using it. Photojojo has responded to my inner camera snob with two glass lenses that can be attached to the phone via a magnetic ring.

Yet another move to end dependence on Flash, giant online video website, Vimeo, today introduces a new universal video player designed to work on the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch (iOS) and Android devices.
The new player uses HTML5. The player will detect the appropriate codec, file size and bit rate for each device it sends content to. All videos will be viewable in the best-supported format through the universal player. Read more…
With all these clones of the iphone being made and and horribly might I add, Apple has been granted a very important patent in the smartphone world. The slide to unlock feature you see everyday is now officially Apple’s . I love this feature, it wouldn’t be an i-device if it didn’t have this and what this means to you is absolutely nothing other than you will forever see this feature on future Apple smartphones to come. Sony has been taunting Apple and Apple gamers for quite sometime now. As you can see above they clearly show an i-device look alike with a game running called lame castle. The commercial continues saying that PSP games are for big boys unlike other devices.

With all the rumors here and there it seems there is finally some visual evidence of an iphone, or ipad coming to verizon. Boy Genuis is reporting that an i-device with CDMA radio technology has made it to the field testing stage. BGR States:
Our source says that the code queries the device, and if the device is either a CDMA iPhone or iPad 2, the device will auto-activate, thus bypassing the need for iTunes. We’re told this block of code has appeared every year consecutively before a major iPhone / device release, removed right before launch. This allows the products to be field tested by carriers (or partners) without having to activate the handsets or devices.
Until then nothing is a for sure thing so don’t expect a verizon iphone to come soon, this is all speculation.
